Our law firm was established at the end of 2016 and was the result of close cooperation of its partners, legal advisor Dr. Adam Sobota and lawyer Dr. Jędrzej Jachira.

At the beginning of our activities, the pillar of our actions was to represent Swiss franc borrowers before courts in order to cancel mortgage contracts linked to the Swiss franc exchange rate. We were one of the first law firms in Poland that dared to undertake such proceedings, being convinced from the beginning of their validity.

We have become a trendsetting law firm that is a pioneer in this field, having made a real contribution to shaping consumer law in the European Union and Poland. So far, we have gained the trust of over 10,000 clients and have obtained favourable sentences in Polish courts for over 3,000 of them.

Thanks to our experience, commitment, and impressive procedural results, we act as experts in many areas of law daily.
