Consumer bankruptcy

We represent natural persons who do not conduct business in cases of declaration of consumer bankruptcy.

In many cases, our clients forced by life circumstances had to take on additional commitments. Some of them proved to be much more difficult to meet than they had initially assured. If the sum of debts significantly exceeds the value of the assets held, and the income obtained is not enough to pay them back, often the only solution is to declare a consumer bankruptcy.

We represent clients from the very beginning, i.e. from the moment of preparing and submitting to the court an application for declaration of consumer bankruptcy, through establishing a repayment plan with the participation of the receiver and under the supervision of the bankruptcy court, to the cancellation of all debts.
