The subject of his specialization since 2016 are cases concerning the claims of borrowers against banks, including in particular those related to loans linked to foreign exchange rates, loans based on the WIBOR mechanism, and the so-called free credit sanction. He also deals with the protection of borrowers’ interests in proceedings initiated by banks, especially in cases of remuneration for the use of capital, valorisation, and wrongly terminated loan agreements. In addition, for many years he has specialized in providing permanent legal assistance to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs.
He has previously gained professional experience in one of the largest law firms in Poland. Nominated in the prestigious competition organized by Wolters Kluwer “Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow 2023”. In addition to his practice, he is a graduate of full-time doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, where he defended his doctoral dissertation in 2023, obtaining a Doctor of law degree. Previously employed as a research assistant in the Department of European Economic Management Law. He is the author of scientific monographs and scientific articles in Polish and English. During his doctoral studies, he was a multiple scholarship holder.
He constantly appears as an expert for national media, including weekly magazines Polityka and Newsweek, daily newspapers Rzeczpospolita, and Gazeta Wyborcza as well as TVN24 and Polsat News television. Involved in pro bono activities, awarded by the Mayor of Wrocław in 2022 with the honorary medal “Merito de Wratislavia”. He is a Rotarian and co-founder of the Rotary Novum club in Wrocław.
In 2023, he was appointed Honorary Consul of Chile by the President of the Republic of Chile. The district of its jurisdiction includes the provinces of Lower Silesia, Lubuskie, and Opole. As part of the mission, he is involved in various international projects, including those related to foreign trade. He speaks English and Spanish. Passionate about sailing, MTB cycling, and tennis.
